Joshua Abrams Natural Information Society

Joshua Ambram although originally from Chicago plays an Africn, thee string instrument -guimbri. In diffrenet countries he invites local musicians to join him to form a band. In Warsaw he is gonna perform with Polish musicians from the group Mikrokolektyw. Sounds of gumbri, Indian harmonium, trumpet, percussion and electronic samples are used here to create an universal state of trance.

Jazzpospolita & Bueno Bros
 

Jazzpospolita is a young, post-rock Polis band. Their sound is eclectic and combines such elements as nu-jazz, drum’n’bass, funk and rock, with a slight touch of psychodelia.

Bueno Bros is a producer/remixer duo whose style can be defined as minimalist electronica. during the gig U’ll hear two separate sets by Bueno and Jazzpospilta and then the effects of their collabration.

Łazienki – the Royal Baths
 

When in Warsaw you should not miss one of its greatest attractions: The Łazienki Royal Park and Residence. One of the biggest city parks in Europe hides a true pearl of Warsaw neoclassicism: the Palace on the Island, a former bathing pavillion redesigned as a summer residence of the last of Polish kings. The entry to the Palace is free of charge on Thursdays!

Antonisz: the legend of Polish animated art
 

Julian Antoniszczak (Antonisz): the co-founder of the legendary Animated Film Studio in Cracow, director of experimental animated films, constructor, musician and inventor. The exhibition is the first to cover not only films Antonish created but also everyday use objects and machines he designed.
