Origami in Praga?
This Sunday, one of the most popular clubs in Praga has come up with another interesting initiative – this time they are taking you to a trip to Japan, with origami workshops, Japanese language lessons, slide shows and many other events associated with the Land of the Rising Sun. Oh, yes, of course – the bar will be serving sake and other drinks inspired by Japanese flavors! Moreover, you will be able to buy Japanese things – a Samurai sword, for example, which would make a great souvenir from Poland!

Black Friars’ Fair
Established in the 13th century, present in Warsaw since 1603, the Order of Dominicans is organizing a fair devoted to the patron of their church at the New Town – St. Hyacinth of Poland. If you plan to hang around the oldest part of the city on that day, stop by, check out the workshops they will be organizing, take a picture with a real friar and try to find some home-made (or rather monastery-made) products that monks are known for.
