Great music at the stock exchange
In its attempt to prove that it’s not just a dull financial institution, the Warsaw Stock Exchange is organizing a concert this Saturday, which will definitely be the number one must see this weekend. The performers: Les Tambours du Bronx, a French group with 17 (!) members providing an energetic mixture of powerful rhythms ranging from indus and afrobeats through rock, hiphop and techno and Lech Janerka – a living legend of Polish post-punk and new wave, who is a vocalist, songwriter and bassist in one. Not to be missed!… and don’t forget to grab one of the many fanstastic beers offered at Cuda na Kiju, just next to the stock exchange building!

Farewell to jazz
Jazz at the Old Town is one of the most popular musical events of the summer. This Saturday, you’ll have an opportunity to watch the last concert of this year. The star of the evening is a Polish band of world fame – Bester Quartet – blending classical, jazz and avantgarde music into something that is referred to as ‘a new interpretation of Yiddish folk’. The live music in the historical surroundings of the Old Town Market Square guarantee a great atmosphere!
