The sky is the limit
One of the most powerful ancient myths is the one about, Icarus, a young man, who ignored the warnings and despite the danger wanted to reach even higher…although the ancient Grreks wanted to indicate in this story how bad is to ignore the rules and one should always know his place in the divine’s order, through the centuries Icarus has become a symbol of untamed freedom, great ambitions and passion to fulfill one’s dreams. The University of Warsaw is holding a conference on that topic and in the evening you can admire one of the best Polish acro-circus street theater, AKT, interpreting the myth in a skilful performance.

Party in the Academy
Red Bull Music Academy, in particular. One of a good examples how a brand can really support the artists and create a space for art. This festival had been held in Tokio, Madrid and Stockholm and this weekend the party is going to be in Warsaw! 4 scenes, 30 performances, creative collaborations of Polish electronic acts with some accalimed and trendy names from abroad – definitely the Weekender Festival is a party of the month in Warsaw.
And, by the way, in the adds for Red Bull, they do get wings after drinking it…the myth of the Icarus reinterpreted in modern culture 🙂
