Green Jazdów
This weekend signifies the next-to-last weekend of “GREEN JAZDÓW. Green Jazdów is a unique and lively summer project from the Centre for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle. The theme of the lectures and meetings will be economy and its relationship with ecology. As every year, Green Jazdów will offer numerous activities, including arts and crafts, culinary workshops, film screenings, concerts, as well as a marketplace filled with fresh and ecological produce. Through special workshops, lectures, discussions and debates, the organizers want dig deeper into issues concerning ecological economics and business models that differ from the dominant ones. The program will examine issues such as social and ecological economy, alternative currencies, grassroots economics, economic utopias, and anti-consumerism.

Smolik
This Saturday a famous Warsaw summer club Stacja Mercedes is closing 2014 summer season with a concert of Andrzej Smolik, by many recognized as one of the most respected music producers in Poland.
Andrzej Smolik (born 10 February 1970 in Swinoujscie[1]) is a Polish musician, composer, music producer, and multi-instrumentalist. He began his career as a keyboard player in the band Wilki in 1993. Later he collaborated with Wilki’s vocalist, Robert Gawliński on the production of his solo album Solo. In 1996 and 1997 Smolik worked with the group Hey. He also collaborated with Hey’s vocalist Kasia Nosowska on her solo album Milena in 1998. In following years he continued to work with Nosowska and Gawliński on their subsequent solo projects. He also worked with DJ Novika and with the group Myslovitz, and Artur Rojek, Mika Urbaniak, Krzysztof Krawczyk.

Polish cavalry
Recharge battery in your camera and come in the afternoon to Krakowskie Przedmiescie street (near Plac Pilsudskiego square) because around 3:30 PM will be marching there an annual parade of Polish cavalry!
