Krzysztof Zalewski won the Polish Pop Idol in 2003, played in bands supporting some of the most popular Polish musicians (Nosowska, Brodka), composed music for a popular comic-based film Jeż Jerzy and disappearded for a while. But now he’s back! With his new album. If strong male vocals and unconventional arrangements are what you’re into, head for Basen, just behind Warsaw’s Sheraton!

Polish Chopin Piano Contest
Why not get to know the music of the world famous composer a little better? There’s a fanstastic chance for that this Wednesday! It’s the day of 2nd stage of the National Chopin Piano Contest so you will listen to the mazurkas, nocturnes or etudes performed by upcoming, young Polish artists. Because of the contest, the entrance to the Chopin Museum, where it takes place, is free of charge.
