Chopin Museum
 

If you are interested in learning more about the life and work of one of the best composers in the world, you can’t miss this modern museum. Opened only in 2010 (for the 200th anniversary of Chopin’s birth) is an amazing journey through Frederic Chopin’s early days in Żelazowa Wola and Warsaw and his great career in Paris. Multilingual audioguides will help you follow the exhibition without getting lost. Tuesday is when you don’t pay the entrance fee!

150th anniversary of January Uprising


Exactly 150 years ago
patriots who wanted to restore the independent Polish state started one of the uprisings against the Russian Empire. You will see the exhibition (both multimedia and memorabilia) about it in the small gallery space supported by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage on the way from/to the Old Town.
