Some of the best Polish artists present at Zachęta – for free, too!
Each Thursday, Zachęta Gallery of Art opens its doors to visitors free of charge. Check out the first-ever survey exhibition of Piotr Uklański, who until recently held the title of “most expensive Polish artist” (his work “Nazis” sold for 600000 pounds in 2006), a display of pieces by Polish conceptual artist Marek Konieczny and visit the sixth continent (i.e. Antarctica) with Anna Molska.

Let Piano Thursdays begin!
Syreni Śpiew (“Mermaid’s Song”) is one of Warsaw’s very few whisky and cocktail bars, carefully furnished to make you feel like a member of a country club. This Thursday will see the first concert of the piano Thursdays series! But wait, there’s more good news: between 6 PM and 10PM there’s happy hour – all drinks will cost you 50% less than stated in the menu. Suddenly wintertime seems so much nicer…
