Easter Fair at the Ethnographic Museum

‘Thanks’ to globalization and new technologies, finding something truly original, something that can be REALLY marked as ETHNO is almost impossible. This weekend, the Warsaw Ethnographic Museum, is inviting the best craftsmen and artists from all over Poland, but also from neighboring countries such as Belarus, Ukraine or Slovakia, whose original techniques are handed down from generation to generation. They will be offering everything you need for Easter – beautiful decorations, including painted eggs, without which Easter doesn’t exist in Poland, embroidered table cloth, but also home-made bread, cheese and other delicacies. You will also find jewelry and other accessories inspired by Polish folk music. Also, some folklore groups will perform on stage to make the atmosphere even more authentic. So, if you are looking for a truly hand-made and good quality souvenir or present from Poland, don’t forget to stop at the Annual Easter Fair!
