#SEIGHTSEEING

Narrowest house in the city open to visitors

If you’ve been to our Orange Umbrella Free Tour you may have heard of the Keret House, narrowest in Warsaw and (apparently) in the world. This artistic cooperation between Jakub Szczęsny, a Polish architect and Etgar Keret, an Israeli writer is a project that aims at connecting pre-war Jewish Warsaw to the present. Now you can visit the house yourself! See how to fit a kitchen, bedroom, studio and a bathroom in a house that is around 1m wide.

#SLACKLINE

Walk the line

Did You ever see those crazy guys walking the line above some frightening gorge, often with no protection risking falling into an abyss if something goes wrong. Iactually we don’t have any valley with steep rock faces in Warsaw between wich we could stretch a line but there are people practicing this activity in the park, in quite sae circumstances…just a dozen centimeters above the grass. So if You ever dreamed about becoming slackliner or just would like to play visit the fields behind National Library and participate in a Slackline Jam.

Where: Pole Mokotowskie, behind Biblioteka Narodowa, close to Samira (lebanese restaurant)

#CONCERT

#1 XXI century r&r band in Warsaw

Komety holds a legendary status in Warsaw among guitar music fans. It’s is clearly inspired by 1950’s r&r but it has it’s own local, varsovian taste. In the early 2000’s they brought back a fashion yoy know from the movie ”Grease” : Elvis’s haircut , denim jackets and combs put into rear pocket of jeans.Since 2003 they released 6 albums already so it won’t be a 20 min. show. Have fun!
