Łazienki – the Royal Baths
 

When in Warsaw you should not miss one of it’s biggest attraction: The Łazienki Royal Park and Residence. One of the biggest city parks in Europe hides a true pearl of Warsaw neoclacissim: the Palace on the Island, a former bathing pavillion redesigned as a summer residence of the last of Polish kings. The entry to the Palace is free of charge on thursdays!

They describe their music as ‘queer-electro-pop’ and add you can expect ‘lust, erotomania, speed and tears’ on their gigs. The Canadian duo has already shared stage with Crystal Castles, Hercules & Love Affair and Austra, and now they come to Poland. The gig is also a chance to see one of Warsaw’s most interesting clubs: a post-industrial space of a printing plant in Powiśle now turned into a multi-room club and exhibition space.

Balkan New Year’s Eve at Hydrozagadka
 

First, a concert: Balkan Sevdah Akustik will turn you into mood of the Balkans. Next, Disco Partizani will start Balkan Balanga – no translation needed, we guess! The event at Hydrozagadka is the final of the whole week long celebrations of the Balkan New Year’s Eve in various clubs of Praga, organized by Totutotam. Expect surprises, contests and special promos on the bar.
