Ok, that’s a bit audacious to say but after a rather disappointing performance with Ukraine noone can ever think about a result different than something like 8:0 with this ambitious team of semi-professionals. Ticket prices start from 45 zł and you can get them online or (probably) also in front of the stadium from people who will just want to sell them last minute. A great chance to see the National Stadium serving its proper function!;)

Chopin Museum
 

If you are interested in learning more about the life and work of one of the best composers in the world, you can’t miss this modern museum. Opened only in 2010 (for the 200th anniversary of Chopin’s birth), it is an amazing journey through Frederic Chopin’s early days in Żelazowa Wola and Warsaw and his great career in Paris. Multilingual audioguides will help you follow the exhibition without getting lost. Tuesday is when you don’t pay the entrance fee!

1950s Warsaw, Poland and Europe in Władysław Sławny’s photographs
 

Władysław Sławny, director of the weekly “Świat” (‘The World’) published his press photos mostly in 1950s. Visit the exhibition to have a look at what a PGR Farming Cooperative ball looked like or how the Nowa Huta steelworks in Kraków was built. Last chance to see the exhibition as it closes this week!
