#FREE TOUR / #EVENT

Get a backstage pass to Warsaw!

This year the theme of Okno na Warszawę (Window on Warsaw) festival is a sneak-peak of the city. We’re part of it and would like to take you for a tour that will show you the city from its backyards’ perspective!
We like to say that Warsaw needs to be explored and with this tour we will help you do precisely that. You’ll be surprised by what some of the inner courtyards conceal; palaces, art, forgotten pre-war architecture, religious chapels, funky shops and restaurants are just some examples! And if we’re lucky, in some places you’ll need to employ more than just the sense of vision to get the full experience… Each backyard we will visit will be a different story:
* secret parties
* big business
* communist housing
* wild animals (serious!)
* cacophony / soothing sounds

Sounds intriguing? Join us!

#PARTY / #RIVER / #RELEASE PARTY

Between the Stadium and the River

S1 Warsaw is a record label founded by a group of promoters & music aficionados who give a damn. Based in a city dipped in hardcore history, where East meets West, the founders have already broken quite a few boundaries. They brought Record Store Day to Poland. They have hosted their gigs in all sorts of unusual venues, such as a derelict chocolate factory, a communist-era swimming pool, a Vietnamese eatery, or a Soviet-era palace ballroom. Their booking portfolio includes names that need no introduction, like Moodymann, Andrés or Ron Morelli.
Now they’re releasing a new vinyl featuring a track by Matat Professionals, a Poland-based duo who will also headline the release party. It will be held in what will probably be one of the hottest venues this summer in Warsaw: a beach pavilion between the National Stadium and the famous Poniatówka beach by the Poniatowskiego bridge.

#SHOW

Multimedia Fountains

One of Warsaw’s newest attractions is the Multimedia Fountains Park, just down from the New Town Market square. Ok, it’s not sophisticated art but who can resist the charm of water, lights and music? Oh, and lasers, too! Every summer season the weekend show theme changes, this year the program is called ‘The Dance of Sources’. The fountain park is one of the best spots in Warsaw to admire the night panorama of Warsaw, too!

When: Fridays & Saturdays, 9pm (May, August & September) or 9:30pm (June & July)
